How billing works
Services are billed monthly under each client's written service agreement, by ACH debit from a signed authorization. We send you the amount before each debit.
Refunds and disputes. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us within 30 days and we will review it and refund any billing error.
Cancellation. Either party may end service with 30 days' notice. You pay only for work completed through the end date.
